Refund policy

At Pasadena, each piece is thoughtfully designed to be worn, loved, and treasured. If for any reason your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unworn and in original condition
  • All original packaging is included
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Once your return is received and approved, you may choose between:

  • Store credit, or
  • Exchange for another item

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care in ensuring the quality of every piece. However, if your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

If deemed faulty, we will offer:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or
  • A full refund

Return Process

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue (if applicable)
  • Photos (for faulty or damaged items)

Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Pasadena is not responsible for lost returns

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Processing Time

Once your return is received, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
You will be notified via email once your return has been approved and completed.
